The Student Financial Services System Coordinator is responsible for managing and optimizing technical processes within systems (Banner, Slate, Salesforce, etc.) to support Student Financial Service operations. This role includes processing daily files, reconciling database discrepancies, and supporting departmental reporting and processes.

Qualifications:
â?¢ Bachelor's degree in related area required.
â?¢ At least 2-3 years of experience in higher education, customer service, or administrative support.
â?¢ Experience with SQL or similar programming.
â?¢ Experience with relational databases.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
â?¢ Demonstrated knowledge of student financial services requirements and programs.
â?¢ Knowledge of computer operating systems and excellent interpersonal communication skills; ability to work under deadlines, and ability to work independently with little direction.
â?¢ Ability to manage software updates, test, and troubleshoot update issues.
â?¢ Ability to collect, analyze, compile, and record data on student financial services.
â?¢ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data with discretion and integrity.
â?¢ Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
â?¢ Problem-solving skills and the ability to lead, instruct, handle a large variety of details, and work with all levels of organization.
â?¢ Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with students, college employees, and the public.
â?¢ Strong organization, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
